考点：极差；集合；读题
根据题干可知，R为集合P和Q的并集（union），因此集合R具有集合P与集合Q的全部元素
R包含：Pmin…Pmax…Qmin…Qmax
Range of R =Qmax–Pmin
注意，千万不要想当然认为上面的式子等于x+y！！！
Range of R =Qmax–Pmin
=（Qmax-Qmin）+Qmin-Pmax+ (Pmax-Pmin)
根据题干可知Qmax-Qmin=y ;Pmax-Pmin=x 且Pmax＜Qmin （即Qmin-Pmax＞0）
因此QA=Range of R = y+x + Qmin-Pmax＞y+x=QB
因此选A
